Davido Becomes Voting Member Of Recording Academy Ahead Of 2026 GRAMMYs

Nigerian music star, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has officially become a voting member of the Recording Academy, the body responsible for organising the prestigious GRAMMY Awards.

The announcement was made by the Recording Academy through its official platforms, confirming Davido’s inclusion among newly admitted members who will participate in the voting process for the 2026 GRAMMYs.

With this membership, Davido now has the privilege to take part in both the nomination and final voting stages of the awards, giving him a direct role in shaping outcomes at the global music industry’s biggest event.
