Social media commentator Mr Jollof has warned Nigerians that former U.S. President Donald Trump is not coming to save the country, but could instead worsen its problems.

In a recent video, Mr Jollof said Nigerians should not rely on foreign intervention to solve the nation’s political, economic, or security challenges.

“He is not coming to rescue us. When big powers get involved, they don’t fix the mess—they make it worse,” Mr Jollof stated.

He cited previous instances where foreign involvement led to exploitation of resources and empowered local elites, rather than addressing the needs of ordinary citizens.

Mr Jollof emphasized that solutions to Nigeria’s challenges must come from within the country.

Nigeria has been facing economic difficulties, insecurity, and governance issues, which have drawn international attention.
