The Presidency has dismissed recent remarks by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar regarding the nation’s economic challenges, labeling them as emotional and politically motivated.
According to the Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Economic Matters, Tope Fasua, Atiku’s statements lack substance and are aimed at scoring political points rather than addressing the real issues at hand.
Fasua emphasized that the current administration is committed to implementing policies that will lead to sustainable economic growth and development.
He urged Nigerians to focus on the government’s efforts and remain patient, as the benefits of these policies will become evident in due time.
The Presidency’s response comes amid growing concerns over the nation’s economic situation, with many citizens expressing dissatisfaction with the current state of affairs.
