Chinonso Ukah, widely known as Nons Miraj, a celebrated actress, comedian, and influencer, is set to launch a dating app called “Hunt Games” designed to help singles discover meaningful relationships. The announcement was made in a statement on Sunday by her Brand Manager, Becky Joe.
The dating app, slated for launch on December 4 in Lagos, aims to revolutionize how singles connect. According to Joe, the platform is built to facilitate authentic interactions, focusing on shared values and interests rather than superficial attributes.
“At its core, this app is about bringing people closer together in a way that feels natural, exciting, and secure,” said Joe. “We’re creating a space where users can meet people who truly align with their values and interests, without the superficial barriers. It’s set to be the ultimate go-to for finding genuine connections.”
The Hunt Games app combines advanced technology with a user-friendly interface and will be available for download on both iOS and Android platforms. Its standout features include interest-based matching, enhanced privacy measures, and verified user profiles to ensure safety and transparency for its users.
The app’s launch event will feature live entertainment, networking opportunities for singles, and appearances by influencers. This aligns with Nons Miraj’s brand as the host of “The Hunt Games Show,” one of Nigeria’s biggest shows since its inception in 2023.
Nons Miraj, who began her acting career in 2015 with the Nollywood horror film Quiet, has since transitioned into full-time acting and starred in popular movies like Imperfect (2019), Pandora’s Box (2020), Our Wife (2019), The Third Wheel (2021), and Hustle (2021). She also gained prominence as the first runner-up in the Nigerian reality TV show Next Movie Star.
With this new venture, Nons Miraj continues to expand her portfolio, bringing a fresh and innovative approach to the world of online dating.
