The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has confirmed that legal action has been taken against an unnamed female passenger who caused the cancellation of an Abuja-bound Ibom Air flight by obstructing its departure. Achimugu stated, “The passenger’s actions violated aviation regulations, and she will be prosecuted accordingly. The NCAA continues to educate stakeholders about the penalties for unruly behavior, ensuring that such incidents are addressed decisively.”
