Glo customers can activate the roaming bundles by dialing *312# and selecting option 5. The bundles can be purchased either while still in Nigeria or upon arrival in the destination country.
Activation Requirements
Glo clarified that roaming services are automatically enabled for prepaid lines. However, postpaid customers are required to activate roaming services prior to subscribing to any of the data roaming bundles.
Subscribers must also ensure they connect to one of Glo’s recommended partner networks in the destination country to avoid Pay-As-You-Go charges. The validity of the purchased bundle begins as soon as the customer starts browsing in the foreign country.
