Senior Pastors Paul and Becky Enenche of Dunamis International Gospel Centre have provided welfare support to 5,000 individuals and 540 widows in the Federal Capital Territory. The outreach, held on Friday through the church’s welfare department, underscores their long-standing commitment to community support and empowerment.

A Mission of Compassion

During the event, Pastor Paul Enenche emphasized the importance of living a meaningful life through acts of service and compassion.

“Making meaning is superior to making a living, and making an impact is superior to making an income,” he stated. Drawing from biblical teachings, Enenche reflected on the unconditional love demonstrated by Christ’s sacrifice, encouraging attendees to embrace similar values in their lives.

Decades of Dedication

Osinachi Egboga, a member of the church’s welfare department, highlighted the pastors’ unwavering dedication to community welfare. “Our father, Dr. Paul Enenche, and his amiable wife, Dr. Mrs. Becky Enenche, are committed to the welfare of the people. This has been their heartbeat for years,” Egboga said.

The initiative has been particularly impactful for widows. Coordinator of the Women of Destiny Group, Josephine Ogazi, noted that Pastor Enenche has consistently supported widows since 2011, providing them with school fees assistance and empowerment opportunities during the Christmas season.

Gratitude from Beneficiaries

Beneficiaries expressed profound gratitude for the support they received.

Augustina Nwazue, one of the recipients, said, “I am very, very happy. Look at how everybody is carrying their gifts up and down in this season. As they have blessed us, may God bless them tremendously as well.”

Another beneficiary, Gift Ele Abah, shared her appreciation: “We appreciate our daddy and mummy because every time they care for us, they have not let us down.”

Items Distributed

The outreach included food items and other daily essentials, ensuring that beneficiaries had resources to celebrate the festive season with dignity and comfort.

A Legacy of Giving

The Enenches’ commitment to community welfare reflects their broader mission to uplift lives and spread compassion. Their consistent support for vulnerable groups, especially widows, highlights the church’s role as a pillar of hope and support for the less privileged.

This initiative is part of a series of programs led by Dunamis International Gospel Centre, reinforcing the message of love, kindness, and generosity to those in need.
