Financial technology company, Connect Point Technology Solutions Limited, has secured an approval-in-principle from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to operate under the Payment Solutions Service (PSS) license category as a super-agent in Nigeria. This preliminary approval, issued in a letter dated April 25, 2022, marks the initial step toward full licensing, contingent on Connect Point meeting specified CBN conditions.

The firm has committed to aligning its operations with CBN’s requirements to obtain final approval.
