Confluence University of Science and Technology, Osara Begins Admission Process for Over 35 Approved Programmes

Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH) in Osara, Kogi State, has announced the commencement of its admissions process for over 35 undergraduate programs, all recently approved by the National Universities Commission (NUC). In a statement from Registrar Mrs. Olufunke Hudson, the university has published the admission results for applicants and advised prospective students to check their status on the CUSTECH website.

CUSTECH offers admissions across six faculties: Science, Computing and Informatics, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Science and Technology Education, and Management and Social Sciences. Hudson noted that candidates who may not secure their first-choice program could be offered alternatives and are encouraged to respond promptly to these offers.

She advised candidates to ensure their O’Level results are uploaded to JAMB’s Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) to complete the admission process. For those switching institutions, candidates should update their first-choice selection to CUSTECH on the JAMB portal and complete post-UTME screening requirements on the university’s website. Applicants must meet the UTME subject requirements, hold five O’Level credits including English and Mathematics, and have a minimum UTME score of 160.

Direct Entry (DE) admissions are also available, excluding some programs in the last three faculties. All admission and registration steps should be finalized by December 31, 2023.
