African Consolidated Analytical Limited, BusinessDay-GH, Independent Newspapers, and the ECOWAS Manufacturing Excellence Awards (EMEA) this year honored Nigerian Bottling Company (NBC) Ltd. for its inventiveness and operational excellence.
At the Friday awards ceremony, which took place at the Victoria Crown Plaza Hotel in Lagos, NBC won prizes in three important categories, demonstrating its strong track record as an advocate for environmentally friendly manufacturing in Nigeria.

The yearly award, according to its organizers, is intended to honor exceptional people and companies in the manufacturing sector that have excelled in innovation across their operations and have significantly boosted the local economy.

Juice/Beverage Drinks Manufacturing Company of the Year, ECOWAS Soft Drinks Manufacturing Company of the Year, and ECOWAS Energy Drinks Manufacturing Company of the Year were the three major categories in which NBC won.

Ekuma Eze, the director of corporate affairs and sustainability at NBC, commented on the accomplishment and expressed his happiness at the award, underlining the company’s commitment to supporting cutting-edge and sustainable practices in the industry.
Being a major player in the manufacturing industry, the awards are a tribute to our innovative work and leadership, especially in the areas of investing in the development of infrastructure to produce shared value for our communities and stakeholders and innovating new products. Since its founding, the EMEA has chosen nominees using a combination of qualitative and quantitative criteria, and it has developed into one of the manufacturing industry’s most sought-after awards in the West African region, drawing respectable organizations.
