In the July 2022 Diet of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Foundation in Travel and Tourism Course, LANDOVER Aviation Business School (LABS) once again delivered Nigeria’s Best Performer.
The administration of the aviation school claims that in a colorful ceremony held at the LABS Training School in Lagos, Mr. Eze Victor Ugorji, the top-performing graduate who received a distinction in the July 2022 IATA Course, was named IATA’s Overall Best Performer in Nigeria.
With his rise, Ugorji became the first male and ninth award winner created by LABS since 2012.
In 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, as well as in 2019, 2020, and 2022, LABS produced IATA Best Performers in Nigeria, establishing the school as one of the top aviation training facilities in West Africa, according to the school.
In her remarks, Mrs. Aduke Atiba, the Executive Director of Landover Company Limited, praised Ugorji for his exceptional performance while also encouraging him to keep learning new things.
Atiba praised Ugorji’s experience as an IT developer and an eager learner, while highlighting the importance of having the correct mindset, moral character, and ongoing exposure as drivers of professional and personal success.
As a preeminent educational establishment, Landover Aviation Business School has persisted in educating the upcoming generation of travel entrepreneurs and aviation management. Our graduates have important positions in top aviation companies in Nigeria and throughout West Africa, and we are especially happy that Mr. Ugorji has joined this group of highly qualified experts. I encourage you to develop a solid character and a strong external network in addition to your academic success. “Congratulations,” Mrs. Atiba continued.
Similarly, LABS’s Chief Instructor, Captain Adedayo Awobokun, credited the high caliber of the school’s teachers to the outstanding academic achievement of its pupils over the years.
In his own words: “The faculty at LABS is made up of seasoned, practical aviation professionals who possess the ideal balance of theoretical and practical knowledge.” Seeing a pupil not only succeed but thrive is the greatest reward for any educator. We honor Mr. Ugorji and the LABS instructors today.
“I worked as a manager in my family business, and I always try to make room for personal development,” Ugorji said in response to his performance, thanking the Almighty God, his family, and the teachers who have supported him during the process. I succeeded after a great deal of hardship, sacrifice, and hard work. I express my gratitude to all of you for making it feasible and for celebrating me today.
