In an unexpected twist, long-time rivals Zubby Michael and Angela Okorie have reconciled and worked together on the set of a new movie, The Unholy Fantasy, shot in Asaba, Delta State. Their years-long feud seemed to dissolve as the two actors greeted each other warmly and collaborated professionally for the first time in years.
The movie, The Unholy Fantasy, is now available on Ify Eze’s YouTube channel. Speaking with NollyNow, the film’s producer, Ify Eze, shared her initial hesitation about bringing the two actors together, given their well-known animosity. To her surprise, both stars were open to the idea of working together.
“It was a pleasant surprise when they both agreed to star in the movie despite their differences,” Eze said.
Recounting the experience, she added, “When I told Zubby he would be starring alongside Angela Okorie, he responded: ‘I have no problems working with her.’ Angela had a similar response.”
Eze also shared a moment of mild tension on set: “When Zubby finished his scenes and stepped out, he saw Angela and approached her to greet her. Angela hesitated for a moment but eventually responded warmly.”
